I am proud that I grew up in a small town and have small town values. As an attorney, I have represented large companies, small businesses and most importantly ordinary folks.
All industries need to work together and find common sense solutions. Texas has the best and brightest minds, let’s work together.
The Railroad Commission has all of the regulations necessary to ensure safe flaring. The regulations just need to be enforced.
A task force of industry professionals should be established to study and recommend changes necessary to ensure continued production while maintaining the environment and the safety of citizens.
I am not a politician and have never received donations from industry. The current commissioners need to be audited and held accountable for their corruption.
