I will thoroughly review the city's budget, infrastructure projects, leadership structure, and workflows. A key focus will be improving the permitting process to enhance efficiency for residents, contractors, and businesses. I will also work with our Information Technology team to implement applications that increase transparency and streamline services, reducing major delays with permitting.
