Two key issues affecting the city are lack of public transportation and improving permitting processes. I’ll advocate for restarting a reliable transit system so residents can reach essential places easily, and simplify permitting guidelines, offer pre-application meetings, create a one-stop online portal, expedite small business permits, ensure department coordination, and host public workshops.
