City of Magnolia, City Council, Position 3
Geoff Beyer

Nonpartisan Race

BACKGROUND: What motivated you to run for City Council, and what unique skills or experience make you the best candidate for the role?
The city needs help, and I can't just sit back and watch anymore.
ISSUES: What are the two most pressing issues you plan to address as a City Council Member, and what specific strategies will you use to solve them?
The most pressing issues are infrastructure and traffic. We will have to review the cause of the issues and team up together.
FUTURE: What is your vision for the city in 10 years, and what steps will you take to achieve it?
My vision is to make Magnolia enjoyable again. We have to work to manage traffic, and make sure the city infrastructure is in place to make sure all residents have it available
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: How will you engage residents in the city's decision-making process?
Town hall and meet and greet settings are very personal. All residents are also welcome to attend council meetings.
COMMUNITY: What are your favorite things about your city?
Its been my home for 27 years. The atmosphere and people in and around the city helped me raise three boys who have become productive members of society. That's what I like best.
