The most pressing educational issues in Harris County include inequity, lack of access to quality early childhood education, and school safety. Eric Dick plans to expand funding for underserved schools, support and grow Head Start programs, and enhance safety with active shooter training and mental health support. His goal is to create inclusive, safe, and high-quality educational environments for all students.
