What training, experience, and characteristics qualify you for this position?

As a Home builder I am responsible for all aspects of home construction. From building design, permitting process, material acquisition to hiring sub contractors. This experience gives me the on hand ability to organize people, products and labor to turn the homeowners dreams into a reality. Political leadership requires me to listen to the needs of the people, create political legislation to present to other members of our governing bodies to serve the people of the District. This is my Gift.

What actions do you support to address cost of living concerns?

As a builder I see first hand that the potential homeowner is at a disadvantage when it comes to pricing. Given that most of the home lending institutions are supported by the federal government, for example FHA,USDA, VA loans. Builders operator as public/ private enterprises meaning that they are overcharging the home buyers. As a Congressional legislator we would Cap per square lending rates meaning we would Cap lending rates to $50.00 per square feet. For example a 2,000 sq ft house would be $100,00.00 . This in my opinion would create affordable housing.

What are your priorities regarding immigration policy? What specific actions would you take to address these priorities?

We as American people don't have unlimited resources and our Elected Officials priority and only concern should be governing and serving our own Nation and it's people. I would propose Suspended all forms of immigration into the United States. Our Nations resources are strained and American people need every opportunity to succeed. We can Longer Support the Immigrant community at the expense of the American people who have elected our Nation leaders.

What is the role of the federal government in establishing laws and regulations related to reproductive healthcare services including family planning, pregnancy care and post- partum services? Please explain your position.

Life is Precious and every person inside and outside of it's mother's womb should be protected. As a Man I naturally committed to protecting Innocent infants and elderly people from and mental, physical and emotional harm that I can. As a Politician I would ask the Voting public if they could trust a Politician that would not defend a helpless infant. And if the Politicians supports Abortion why would the same Politicians protect you? They Won't!

What measures do you support to address environmental issues and natural disasters, such as air quality, extreme weather events, drought, and flooding?

Clean Air, Water and Soil are the foundation of our Nations survival. Without these three resources Life as we know comes to an end. Protecting our Air, Water and Soil is a top priority. In case of natural disaster the Federal government should give economic Grants for American people to rebuild their properties, if the homeowner has the capacity to rebuild issue the partial payments until the building is completed. If the owner is not capable of rebuilding offer government contractor to build.
