Teacher Support and Safety.

Recruiting, training, and retaining effective, skillful, and imaginative teachers is crucial to continue moving the district forward. Teachers need a positive work environment, training and support, to feel appreciated, and competitive pay. I will work diligently with the trustees who are already working hard to that end.

Safety is an issue we are all concerned about. Exploring technology and upgraded infrastructure as a means to protect our schools must be a priority.

While these are important to me, If elected, I will work to identify what the concerns of our parents, students, and teachers are.
